Best Car-Buying Experience EVER! Prior to coming to Rick Case, I'd visited multiple dealerships, trying to trade in my truck for something smaller and newer. They all basically said n Prior to coming to Rick Case, I'd visited multiple dealerships, trying to trade in my truck for something smaller and newer. They all basically said no, there was nothing they could do for me because of the negative equity in my truck and my credit wasn't the best. So, Rick Case Hyundai LITERALLY was my last stop before I threw in the towel. We met with Randy Peiffer, extremely friendly guy, not at all pushy like the previous dealerships I went to and not once did he say he couldn't help me. He offered me coffee told me to have a seat while he worked the numbers...and he did better than that, he worked magic and got me my dream car, in exactly the color I wanted! The salesmen came over and chatted with my sister and I while we waited. Next thing I knew, I was approved and walked out the door a happy customer! It's been a couple of months now and Randy continues to check in with me frequently to make sure I'm still happy with my purchase, even emailed to wish me Happy Easter and an enjoyable weekend! When we walked into the dealership I was very nervous and Larry made us feel right at home. He already had a couple of ideas for us and showed us our options on SUVs. I fell in love with the Santa Fe sport and Larry took care of all the worries that we had. We told him a price we wanted to stay around and he matched it and beat it for us!!! He took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the entire deal he was proposing without hounding me to make an immediate decision. After doing further research, I returned to the dealership and Larry was kind enough to have Marty assist me since he was in the middle of helping another customer. I was impressed by his thoughtfulness and willingness to have another person close the deal. Marty was very knowledgeable in the car I was interested in and very helpful into guiding me into me selection. I was blown away by both Larry and Marty. I gave my daughter my car and had to trade her car and was hoping to complete a deal before I went out of town for a business trip.
