He called to see how I was enjoying my care and then asked if I would be interested in upgrading my 2010 Elantra. I told him my price range, he stayed in touch letting me know the "right" car had not come in yet. This week he called to let me know he a 2012 Elantra had come in. I saw the car, took it for a test drive and I liked the way it handled. It had more than I dared to dream in a car and I am not the very proud owner of a beautiful 2012 Hyundai Limited. Working with Larry was an enjoyable experience, even the second time around. He is an exceptional salesman, easy to work with and made buying my new car enjoyable, as he listens to what you want in a vehicle and is not pushy. He knew my price limit and called weekly to let me have an update. I recommend Larry to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great Service I came in to the dealership looking for a new SUV. Michael Morand was a great salesman. He wanted to make sure that I got everything that I wanted in I came in to the dealership looking for a new SUV. Michael Morand was a great salesman. He wanted to make sure that I got everything that I wanted in the vehicle. He even took me to the Mazda lot to test drive the CX-5 so that I could see the differences. It turned out that the Hyundai Tuscon that he recommended was the best fit for me. Working with Michael was great, he even set it up so that I could leave and run errands in the car while they were working on my financing. This is my second vehicle purchase from Rick Case Hyundai and hopefully I won't be purchasing another vehicle anytime soon however, when I do need another vehicle I will definitely make sure it is purchased at Rick Case. More

Which turned out to be a lie because other staff there said there actually is. Second time I drove here again for an hour and he said I have to pay to get my car checked because I am supposed to come a week earlier for the checking. But I did emailed him about the delay and he agreed. Terrible experience. More
