Went to purchase the car, after several phone conversations with sales people only to be told, "oh, that sold this afternoon, let me show you some other cars." We tried to see it the day before and were told that it was getting a new timing belt and it was up in the rack so we couldn't drive it. We made an appointment to come back and it was sold!!! This is classic "Bait and Switch", this dealership is not run with the principals of integrity. I will NEVER shop this dealership for a car. They are not trustworthy and are dishonest! BEWARE!!! More

I first purchased a vehicle last year with Alex and it was my first time buyi My experience at Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth was smooth and hiccup-free. I first purchased a vehicle last year with Alex and it was my first time buying so if you can imagine I was quite nervous. Alex made sure he related to me and put me at ease about buying. I ended up with a really good deal on a brand new (at the time) car. A couple of weeks ago I went in to talk to Mike M. about a trade in, thinking there's no way he could get me a better deal on a new car, and I was dead wrong. I got a brand new (now) vehicle with more features for an even lower financing rate, and not much difference on the note. Overall I'm super please with the team at Rick Case Hyundai, especially the guys I worked with because they made sure I got the best deal possible and were super transparent. I would most definitely recommend to anyone. More
