One time I went to pick up the car and found out the car had not even been in for reconditioning service. I was told to drive back to Suwanee and return in 2 hours to pick up the car as it would be ready. I go to pick up the car and was told to go to a gas station and put some gas in the tank. I thought you said the car was ready.???????? This is my second car purchased at Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth and it will be my last. Hurry, Your Car Is Ready!!! Put down your coffee cup Marty and do your job so as to get your cars READY when promised. More
Bought a 2013 Altima one key, no gas I bought a 2013 Altima from this dealership, great car, great price. Hamilton was helpful as much as he could. Once the paperwork was signed and went I bought a 2013 Altima from this dealership, great car, great price. Hamilton was helpful as much as he could. Once the paperwork was signed and went to pick up my car, It had $15 dollars of gas in it, when i test drove it, it was on E. Once he handed me my key, there was only one. When I asked about the spare, he responded with contacting the previous owner a couple times and thats it. So now I'm stuck with one key, and $15 dollars in gas. Hamilton was ok, dealer policy sucks. Will not return for further business or refer. More
My First Car Purchase I exchanged my 2001 Hyundai Sonata with Mr. William Wright using Rick Case Hyundai's Vehicle Exchange Program. He introduced my boyfriend and I to the entire staff, who were extremely polite and helpful. Mr. Wright stayed within our budget, making sure that we only browsed cars within an affordable price range. Both he and Mr. Jose Piscoya, our finance manager, worked very hard to make our budget possible. Mr. Wright was informative of the Exchange Program and also very reassuring of my purchase . Overall, I had an enjoyable experience and am extremely grateful. I will be recommending Rick Case Hyundai to anyone I know that wants to purchase a car. My boyfriend and I love our 2013 Elantra and look forward to any future ventures with Rick Case Hyundai. More

Both salesmen were very professional and knowledgeable about the SUV I at was eyeing. As I was checking out the 2014 SantaFe Sport, they explained the SUV's handling, functions, and packages. Before leaving the dealership lot, these two salesmen had given me a lot information to make an informed decision. My experience of shopping for my first car alone was top of the line, thanks to Mr. Williams and Mr. Wright. I can truly say that there was no truth to all the negative talk I heard about how salesmen treat females looking to purchase a car. I was not ready to make a decision that day, because I wanted to pray about this major purchase. They understood and was not pushy, so I left with the confidence of knowing I would return to make my purchase from Mr. Richard Williams and/or Mr. William Wright. I hav I never write review's but I have to say out loud to the internet community that I welcome the FRESH CHANGE OF SALES PERSON IN THE ATLANTA AREA. I have been in the market for six months with being a Honda customer for over 10 years. I had been in the market longer than I wanted not by choice but by the tactics that most sales people in the Atlanta market conduct business. I ran into many sales people only looking to make profit not a long time business relationship or a "friend". I'm 34 and will be looking to purchase as well as spread the news about my next car for years to come. Now to my point..... I stopped by Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth ga on a Saturday morning and from the looks at it they we're very busy. I kind of made my way in and started looking around understanding that people we're busy I happened to be standing next to a lady who was buying a car from a salesman who she felt like treated her so well. I seen that they we're almost complete and afterwards I asked the gentlemen if he could help me. He let me know he could and that he needed to get me a water first due to how hot it was. (on a side note it would be nice for the owner to allow those guys to wear short sleeves to hot and most looked very uncomfortable). When he returned back he said he was not sure but he repeated his name to me and I let him know he did. The reason I am making a point to speak on that small part is because it was just the small beginning of the great concern as well as great service he provided. I let him know I was in the market for a 4 door sedan min options and a great price., the basic stuff I have been saying for the past 6 months. Here is where the Great Change comes in. Only Joe asked me question's in regards of details Only Joe asked me to take a detail test drive to really feel how the car run's Only Joe cared about the right car for me not a different color or option level Only Joe spoke to me and not at me Only Joe called me by my name more than once some guys didn't remember my name Only Joe looked me in my eye's when speaking to me. He was honest as well as very easy to speak with. You can tell he acts the same out of work as well in work. Joe let me know he was from south philly and if that is how they conduct sales then the Atlanta market needs to take some pointers. After I purchased my new Sonata he followed up with me everyday for at least one week. I finally had to let him know I was fine and for him not to be so concerned. Rick Case has did a fine job in hiring a Great person as well as salesman. Thank you Joe Harmer for your service and I will continue shopping with you as well as sending ALLLLLLLLLL of MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. It feels good to be friends with my salesman and not scared of being taking advantage of. More
