The dealership staff did not practice mask wearing at all times. Some in the group that tries to have those having their cars serviced purchase another car took off their masks to engage in conversations wit times. Others did not wear the proper mask (wore bandana type masks) that provide the requisite protection. I would think Rick Case Hyundai could afford standardized and appropriate masks to distribute to its service staff. Also, what happened to all of the female service representatives.. No women employees were present except the one that works in the food concession area and those at the cashier desk. . Rick Case dies and it seems as if everything falls apart at the dealership in terms of gender diversity and COVID-19 protocols. More

I am very disappointed with the length of time it took me, with an appointment, to drive up to the front of the line to drop off my vehicle. 1 hour on line, then another 30 minutes inside for a person to me, with an appointment, to drive up to the front of the line to drop off my vehicle. 1 hour on line, then another 30 minutes inside for a person to do the paperwork for my car to be dealt with. 9 desks there and only 2 people working. Thought I was in walmart😡 More
