My son took me to this dealer because he also had a great experience when he purchased a Honda Pilot some time ago. I would recommend Rick Case to anyone who lives here in Dade County to just drive north to Broward because it is worth it !!! I also had a great experience with the finance person, Jeffrey Herman. He was also very helpful in trying to get me the best interest rate posible through a different bank even though I would have liked very much to finance it with Honda Corporation. He went out of his way to find me the best deal. I would also recommend him. More
No follow up. Before I left on vacation, I had brought my Honda Odyssey in for service. The reason for the service is my gas-lid would not close properly. A sensor inside the gas compartment will not allow the passenger door on the drivers side to open. To make a long story short. When I bought the car in on Friday July 10, 2015 (Had an appointment for 09:00AM) and rented a car for the day. Tony (Service Manager) called me (12:00--01:00PM) and said the part was being picked up and delivered. I had warned him that I needed the vehicle that same day because I was leaving for vacation. I EXPRESSED over and over if it can't be completed I will stop over and pickup the vehicle. By the way, I was also told I needed a rear engine mount the cost $1100.00, Let me remind you that I went for a simple gas-lid and I also asked to price out the harness for for a trailer hitch. I called again around (03:00PM) the parts had yet to be delivered, I don't understand why it takes that long but I continued because I was lead to believe that it will get to the dealership and work will commence immediately. At (05:00PM) still no parts and I just wasted an entire day to bring the car to your service center. I would have stayed to (08:00pm) if the part had arrived at (05:01PM) I normally wouldn't be so upset, but I mentioned to the crew that my father is elderly and it was important to have this fixed, I was also told I needed a rear motor-mount, and not to mention I live in Miami Springs and spent the time and effort to bring it to the right people. I would have been happy if they told me that it couldn't be done early and i would've taken it in another day.... I had phoned and emailed Richard Bustillo several times and. I did get a phone call from a VP and promised to take care of the problem, but nothing was done and I've tried to open the communication lines again.... We are ready to do a trade in and they just lost my business. More

They provided us the means to see all of our vehicle options even though this required several visits to the inventory floors. They were happy to revisit the selections and made the process informative and easy. Once we identified our choice of vehicles and while we waited for the financial process to unfold, they made sure we had what we needed to be comfortable and reminded us we were not forgotten during the busy day at the dealership. Roger Maitland was engaging as well and tremendously informative. He provided us insight on our trade-ins and gave us the confidence the transaction was spot-on. Luis Narajo was very professional and answered all of our questions with the utmost knowledge. The entire team was outstanding and we will certainly do business with Rick Case Honda again. Had a great experience at Rick Case Honda I have never owned or driven a Honda before and came to Rick Case Honda and met Jason. He asked questions and actually listened. He showed us the CR-V I have never owned or driven a Honda before and came to Rick Case Honda and met Jason. He asked questions and actually listened. He showed us the CR-V and let us test drive it and I really liked how it drove. We went in and talked about price and Jason knew where we wanted to be on payments and we drove out in 2015 CR-V that we love and the payments that we need. My most recent experience was at Honda in Davie- excellent staff. Sales, Finance, etc...they helped me in a difficult situation- only asked what I wanted, and found the right car at an incredible price. I felt I was in excellent hands. On arriving I am told Ray is vacation, I now have to deal with manager Andrew and the price is now $500 more! I angrily walked out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I am not one for writing reviews but the way I was treated at Rick Case Honda in Davie, FL they merit one. I was tired and hungry and it was my first time there. Believe me it will the last!!! After checking most reviews found here I find this site somewhat suspect, hard to believe Rick Case Honda averages high reviews when you compare them to the other big review sites on the web. Also curious to see if this one will be posted. More
