This was the first time ever when buying a new car I didn't feel like I was with a group of vultures. Josh is a treasure. He got back to me immediately on all my questions. Joe guaranteed me a good interest rate for financing, even if I waited until Jan. 2 to purchase so I wouldn't have to pay the personal property tax in 2014. But the dealership got a coupon from BMW that was more than the 2014 tax, and they gave it to me, so I was able to get the car early and come out ahead since the discount with the coupon was more than the tax. It was a win-win for the dealership and me, and I felt they were looking out for me. Aaron was great to work with. I bought extra coverage and felt I was doing what was in my best interest instead of feeling like he was trying to squeeze every last dollar out of me. This is a great dealership and I'd recommend them to anyone. More
