The reasoning for the primary rating of "good" would be because we did receive adequate service but nothing out of the ordinary... or anything "above and beyond." We asked what kind of extra perk would be because we did receive adequate service but nothing out of the ordinary... or anything "above and beyond." We asked what kind of extra perks could be thrown on and nothing was offered. The people who referred us to RB Honda said to ask about an oil change card (that would give 5 or so free oil changes) and we were told that the first oil change is free. That basically is standard for any new car purchase. Even an upgrade to all-weather floor mats would have been an added perk. Fred was very friendly. He offered our young son his banana while we filled out the paperwork so that was rather impressive. It is the little things that stick out so yes, we received good service but nothing that would make us tell all our friends that this is the place to definitely go to in order to purchase a new vehicle. I had seen the car on the web site and contacted Paul. He was very helpful from the beginning, just as when I bought my pickup six years ago. We were looking for a very specific car - a 5-speed Honda Fit. I did online inquiries and Fred called right away saying he had one in stock.
