I came in with a scrape on my Lincoln actually thinking I needed to get some work done. I was greeted at the door, asked to come in and sit down and the Gentleman went out to look at my car. I really get annoyed at car dealers or retailers in general who talk down to you and act like they could care less about you problem. It's not all about what can they do for ME, it is about what are you going to buy from US. I totally did not have this experience at all. I have been in customer service for many many years and I have always given at least 150% and jumped through hoops to make my customer happy no matter how big or small the issue may be and ensure they do not walk away disappointed or discusted as I do and have.
