My wife and I came into Rich Morton to look at Navigators as they were closing. Mr. Dawson approached us in an extremely friendly manner and gave us every courtesy without even mentioning they were closed. H as they were closing. He followed up with us the next day, and we came back to purchase a new Navigator from him. All personnel including Doug Morton were very pleasant and efficient to work with. My husband and I came into Rich Morton after going to 4 different dealers in the past month. We were looking to purchase a new vehicle for myself. All the other dealers were rude and you could tell that they were just there to make a deal. After hours at each dealer and them making us promises they didn't keep we were going to give up. My husband found the Mazada 6 on the internet and we were just going to "take a look". The mintue Artie Madore walked up he was very pleasurable. Artie by far was the most courtous, trustful, nicest geniue salesmen we've delt with. Artie walked us through the whole buying process step by step and not once did he make us feel pressured to buy or make us feel that he was just there to "make a deal". He took his time and explained things to us and always made us feel comfortable. During the whole process of waiting and discussing "numbers" with he patiently went through each thing with us and never once seemed irritated. We are very very happy with the service we had at your dealership and we will def. refer all our family and friends to you. If all your salesmen are as nice and couteous as Artie your company will be around for a very long time. For whatever reason, my appointment was not in the computer when I arrived to drop off my mazda 3 for power steering recall. Granted I wanted a Grand Marquis for my wife and a Lincoln for myself which I could have purchased from other dealerships. I must state that after buying our first Marquis from Mr. Dawson, I knew that all our future purchases would be with Mr. Dawson at this dealership. Going to Rich Morton was a wonderful experience for me. I have owned only two cars in my lifetime so far and they have both been Mazda's. I went to Rich Morton to trade in my used car as well as to buy a Mazda 5. I spoke to Jim on the phone and he was very nice and welcoming and when I went to the dealership I met with Steve Rittmeyer. He was,very friendly, warm, welcoming and very attentive to all my needs. I loved the fact that I was not rushed and I was allowed to make my decisions without feeling like I was being forced to do so. He was very patient with what my most important need was which was getting a car that was within my budget. One of the best traits for me in working with Steve was Integrity, which is very rear in general in the world today. I bought my car for what I was promised, they kept their word and that to me is priceless. Steve was very honest with me, going through all the details of my new car with me. Since I bought my car, Steve has checked on my car a few times to make sure all is well. I also got a thank you card from him, which is unique in itself and being in the service industry myself, I take note of people going an extra mile for their customers. That shows me that it's not just about selling a car to the customer and be rid of them it's also about making sure the customer as a person is o.k with their purchases. I have been driving my car for a few weeks and I love it and I am really honored to have bought my car from Rich Morton with the help of Steve, I am looking forward to going back there for my oil change and all my service's for my car.
