Ricart had many cars with several makes and models available all in great shape. There were a large variety to choose from, which is good because going in I wasnt completly sure what type of car I wa available all in great shape. The salesman(Robert Johnson) was competley friendly, non-pushy and was knowlegable on each and every car I was interested in. Refreshingly, the cars I liked were at a fair market price instead of an inflated figure you may see at most dealerships. In addition, Robert and his team worked on the price to get the payment closer to what I needed. Overall, the entire staff made my experience pleasant and I feel like I left with a quality fair priced car that that will last me several years until I make it make to Ricart for an upgrade. More

I have been looking for a truck for a while now and saw one at Ricart that filled my needs exactly. Stopped in to look at it and it was just coming out of the Certification phase and hadn't even been put one at Ricart that filled my needs exactly. I didn't mind that at all, it gave me a chance to see it before it went thru this process, tells me more than seeing it all shined and polished. The salesman, Matt Kmosko went out of his way to make it possible for me to give it a test drive then. Exactly what I was looking for. 4 doors, full size bed, turbo diesel. Just what I need to pull a 5th wheel trailer. Well equipped, low low miles and MotorTrend Certified. Thanks Matt. Matt was very upfront with the details and very friendly to deal with and he went out of his way to get it all done. There were a few questions he could not honestly answer and he told me that right up front, so he got someone who did know and that was Dave Smith, the truck Guru at Ricart Automotive. The next thing I knew he was handing me several printed pages of information the the F350 SuperDuty. Everything I could possibly want to know about that truck, immediately in my hands. No waiting and I didn't even ask for it. I only had a question and they answered everything I could possibly want to know without having to ask. Can't beat that with a club! The total experience from beginning to the point that I was driving the truck home was pleasant, honest and handled very professionally. I can not think of anything they could have done to make my experience better. Great job guys, and I'll let all of my friends know just how pleased I am with this experience. More

$33,000 for a truck that was in an accident, but covered up by Ricart enough to get it off the lot. The drivers side had been T-boned. (Found this out when I took it to 2 local body shops on my own) Thoug up by Ricart enough to get it off the lot. The drivers side had been T-boned. (Found this out when I took it to 2 local body shops on my own) Though there was no evidence on CarFax report. I asked the salesman if it had been in an accident or if there was anything wrong with it because it was priced $1,500 less than comparable trucks, but I was told I was just getting a good deal on it because it had after market wheels. (I know, dumb me.) Ricart knew it had been in an accident based upon the repair work that had been completed by THEIR service department. They conveniently withheld this information from me. The consumer affairs gal, Lynn, was rude on the phone when I asked if I could trade my truck in to Ricart for a new truck. She said of course I could, but I wasn't going to get any special treatment because I've put a couple thousand miles on it and there's no way I was getting back the sales tax from the state. I tried to explain most of the miles I had put on it was from the 3 trips I'd made clear up to Ricart to have the things fix. There service department replaced the bar inside the drivers door once, and when I got home I realized they had put a dent in the door. Another trip up there. 4 months I've had the truck, 3 trips to ricart, and I still have to keep my radio loud because of the wind noise coming through the door while driving as the door is still not on tract yet.. Raymond was very friendy and accommadating. My 87yr old aunt whom I brought to Ricard to purchase the car could not walk the lot and Ray was kind, helpful and curtious.
