Great experience but financing with not transparent Harley was a fantastic sales rep. He was upfront, honest, and knowledgeable. He made sure our needs were met and we were dealt with effectively and Harley was a fantastic sales rep. He was upfront, honest, and knowledgeable. The car was listed for 33503 and on sale for 32003 (essentially 1500 off) which was right where I wanted to be, it wasn’t until finance that I found out that 1500 was a manufacture rebate and that with my financing I couldn’t have that rebate (nowhere online did it say rebate it said sale price ) nor did it say contingent on financing .. also the paperwork was done backwards really in that I was asked to sign all these forms before I even saw how the deal was structured .. losing 1500 made we change the terms and the lack of transparency in finance wasn’t great .. overall we love the car and Harley was great More
