Have been with Regal Honda for a few years now. Went in to have my new Honda Ridgeline serviced and was so disappointed. Found grease down the side of the vehicle and all over the chrome the valve Went in to have my new Honda Ridgeline serviced and was so disappointed. Found grease down the side of the vehicle and all over the chrome the valve stem caps were not replaced. I`m now very nervous about going back. If those very simple items were overlooked, I would hate to think about was overlooked under the hood. The best thing about Regal Honda is Austin Hernandez. He is the only reason I will go back to Regal if and when I need a new Honda. Service will be completed at another dealership. More

Took over 2 hours for an oil change. No requests to do any other work and no car wash. I called several times to see if the warranty part needed arrived and nobody knew. Austin B never answer the phone call. Another service person after 2 months calling was able to find out that the part arriv arrived and nobody knew. Austin B never answer the phone call. Then when i called to make the appointment to take the car the lady that helped was kind of annoyed. When finally i was there to fix the car and i understand that there were customers before me but it seems like the other service people were even wondering why Austin was not coming to see me because there were at least two of them that came twice and asked me if he came to see me. I have been going there for service since 2012 and this is the first time this has happened to me. I hope this will not happened again. More
