It took quite a while for my car to be serviced. Ouch !! 3 hours.. I was sent next store because Kia service wasn't available. So when my long appoointment was over..I'm driving home in the rain to find th 3 hours.. I was sent next store because Kia service wasn't available. So when my long appoointment was over..I'm driving home in the rain to find that the replacement rear wiper blade was not put on. Hope my window is alright. Went back the next day. More

What we asked to be done and what we were charged for was not completed. We went in to have updates on the electronic system so Car Play would work correctly.
