I initially emailed to request the best "out the door" price the team at Overland could provide me with on the vehicle they had in stock. I received an email with very good response time from Terry who provided me with not only a competitive price, but excellent customer service and availability throughout the purchase experience. This is highly valuable, as I am an out of state buyer. Terry was instrumental in sealing the deal as I had several competitive bids. Terry and the team there were never rushing the sale with me and provided me with enough contact to feel they were interested in making the deal work, but never with any pressure. I would highly recommend this dealer and Terry to anyone ( KS residents and out of state buyers) looking for a pleasant car buying experience with competitive pricing. The release of the vehicle took a little longer than expected (due to me being an out of state buyer), but Terry stayed in contact to give me updates consistently. For living three hours away, it went smooth as silk. While I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years I have never bought a car over the phone so this was all new to me. Terry Mykins's guidance through this process was outstanding. He worked with me over the phone for a few hours, got the deal worked out and three hours later we arrived at the dealership. To my surprise Terry had the vehicle up on a service lift to show me some damage that had occurred while on display on the lot, but had been repaired with factory OEM parts. Now, I was aware of the damage prior because Terry had fully disclosed this before we set off for KC. But I was surprised that he wanted to show me that the repairs had been done. That is what I call honesty. I could have driven off with this car completely unaware of these repairs and been none the wiser. Kudos to the entire Overland Park Mopar/Jeep dealership team. So, while I am sure they made money off the sale of the car and will make money off the sale of the truck I traded in I feel I got a better deal than I could have at the dealership in my hometown.
