We paid $100 for a diagnostic, which we understood to mean, we paid for someone to figure out what's wrong with the vent. However, after 2 hours, the technician didn't remove the dash or do anything to f mean, we paid for someone to figure out what's wrong with the vent. However, after 2 hours, the technician didn't remove the dash or do anything to find the problem, but they did send a quote for almost $2,400 to have the entire HVAC system replaced, on a car with working a/c and heat. Not only that, but they also added an additional $2,000 in suggested items, which we didn't ask them to even look at. Overall, it was a complete waste of our time since we still don't know the problem and now have to take the car somewhere else to have it looked at again since it clearly doesn't need an entire HVAC replacement. More
Service area where you stand and talk to the service rep is too small. It would be nice to spread the desks out and provide chairs for the customer. Otherwise a pleasant experience.
