Very friendly, need more attention to detail re: customer experience with car, it wasn't prepared when I took delivery. My experience saw focus on sale. I believe my car was completed accordingly. However, when I called to check on the status, the gentleman that answered wouldn't tell me and said someone would call me back. No one ever called. Professional, efficient and thorough. I always get the first appointment of the day in order to assure that the technician gets to my car right away. Always works, as it did this time.
