I was very pleased with the service that was provided to my husband and I. I had been to 3 different dealerships all who were of no help at all. This 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer is the 4th brand new vehicle that I have ever bought. I bought a new Jeep Cherokee in 1996, a Chrysler Sebring in 2001, and a Jeep Compass in 2007, all from different dealers. that I have ever bought. I had been looking for a replacement for the Sebring for a couple weeks, and saw the internet discount on the Lancer on the Ray Skillman website. My wife and I visited the dealership on 38th St. with the intention to just look. I was amazed that when we started walking around the lot, we were greeted, but not hounded by salesmen. I was also looking at Honda and Toyota vehicles, the week before, but I did not want to get out of my car, because I was looking, and the salesmen looked as they were ready to pounce. We stopped in at the Ray Skillman 38th Street dealership around 7pm, and after the test drive we decided to buy the Lancer. The dealership closed at 9PM, yet they stayed open for us to buy this car until close to 10 pm. I drove it home that night.
