Joe Marcello has been my salesman for over twenty years. I’ve bought at least 5 vehicles from him. He has always been honest and trustworthy to me. We picked out the venue because of the low mileage and the I’ve bought at least 5 vehicles from him. He has always been honest and trustworthy to me. We picked out the venue because of the low mileage and the two and a half years of bumper to bumper warranty. I told the finance guy this but he ignored this. He added a warranty that cost 2999.00 dollars. He did not go over the this at signing and I saw it when I got home. The only thing he would do was to take it off the overall sales price. My payment did not change. I think his name was Dwain. I feel I was lied to and deceived. The car is great, I’m only angry with the finance part. More
