I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL! They are all arrogant, lying a**hats. I bought my 2020 Chevy suburban from here in September 2021. I have had nothing but issues with them since. Appointment issues, phone calls not being returned, given the run around and the service department giving you the run around and wrong information. After the first time my service engine light came on after 2 months of having it, I dropped off my suburban (made the appointment 2 days prior) and they called me 20 minutes later and told me I needed to bring it to Chevy because of my warranty (couldn't the guy have told me that when I made my appointment), but yes fine my mistake. My husband went to pick it up the next day and my suburban was backed up into a tree- so sitting against a tree trunk for over 24 hours. The service manager apologized and gave his card and said we would be in touch. I called the next day and had one conversation with him, he told me to call him when I was ready to bring it in for the first oil appointment and they will check out the body work from where it was backed into a tree at the same time. Well I have called 3 times and haven’t gotten a call back. So I showed up today for my oil appointment, demanded to talk to the manager who never came out to talk to me. I asked one of the car sales men to get me a manager and responded to me in a very rude tone and asked me why I needed a manger. Proceeded to tell me that the sales manager wouldn't be able to help me. After 40 minutes of sitting here, the service department worker comes out to tell me that they don’t have the filter for my truck and they needed to go get one. I told him that whoever I talked to on Monday mentioned they would need to get a filter. I told him if you can’t have it in stock by Wednesday when I come in, I will make my appointment at a later date so you have more time to get a filter because I would like for it to be there so we don’t run into this issue when I am there for my appointment. Well of course they didn’t take care of this before I arrived like they should have. I told the service guy I would like for Lance Spah, the manager to come out and have a conversation with me and he said I will tell him he would like to talk to him. He never came out. After 2 hours of waiting for an oil change, my vehicle was done. I had officially figured out who Lance was because I heard someone say his name. He had walked by me at least 10 times during this entire 2 hours I was there. When I went to the service area to check out, I demanded to talk to lance again. They told me he was busy, I said I would wait. After 10 more minutes of waiting, they told me his vehicle was gone and they weren't sure if he went to the bank or home for the day. He did finally reach out the other day after I filled out another rating about him thats emailed to me and the service department. I told him I filed a complaint with cooperate and I got a call 35 minutes later from Lance. I refuse to talk to him or return his phone calls. I REGRET BUYING MY VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE AND PLEASE DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. More

Rapid Honda service department did a great job with my car and instead of me waiting for long hours, they provided me a Lyft to take me to my house, and when they were done they also provided a Lyft to pi car and instead of me waiting for long hours, they provided me a Lyft to take me to my house, and when they were done they also provided a Lyft to pick me up.
