I went to several different dealers and all were about the same, telling me if I found one I liked to get my husband up here to do the deal. Then I went to Gerry Wood Kia and met Jimmy. What a relief! He took his time to help me choose a car that would meet my needs and my budget. Then he went with me to my house so my husband could see and drive it. He answered all my husbands questions and was very respectful. He sold us the car right in our driveway! We gave him money as down payment to hold the car and the next morning we went to the dealership and completed the deal. Best car buying experience I ever had. More

Bad customer experience from sales manager Josh. He should learn how to treat customers politely. The price of the vehicle rose to the point where you could choose some oth from sales manager Josh. He should learn how to treat customers politely. The price of the vehicle rose to the point where you could choose some other premium brand instead of Kia. The internet price posted in their website is absolute non sense and they charge close to $1000 for the dealer add on which you don't want to have. The internet sales team does nothing but making you to come to the dealership and wasting your time. Look for some other dealership where they give clean pricing strategy. More
