There was a lack of communication within the service dept on my GMC canyon warranty repair. Fortunately, the service manager did the right thing when I came in for repair and just fixed the problem since th on my GMC canyon warranty repair. Fortunately, the service manager did the right thing when I came in for repair and just fixed the problem since the repair part had arrived, but there was no notes in the system that it had been approved by the warranty company. The manager that was dealing with my warranty issue was off on the Saturday I brought it in and did not update my records to inform the rest of the service dept that the part replacement had been approved by the warranty company. Overall satisfied, but a little disappointed in the interior communication with the service dept. More
