We shopped many different brands and dealerships in the area before buying a car and Randy Marion Buick GMC seemed to be the least customer-friendly of all. We know the car we bought is very limited right area before buying a car and Randy Marion Buick GMC seemed to be the least customer-friendly of all. We know the car we bought is very limited right now and in high demand. Maybe that's the reason we didn't feel like a valued customer, or that Randy Marion Buick GMC wanted (or needed) our business. We felt like we were treated as if it was OUR privelege to be buying the car rather the dealership excited about gaining a new customer who has never bought a Buick before (and may stick with the brand in the future). If we decide to buy a new Buick or GMC in the future, we probably would look for a different dealership. More
Brought my GMC 2022 sierra elevation in with aftermarket towing mirrors in because the DEF service system message was in my dash. Chandler was my service advisor on 6/18. The code that popped up was for the towing mirrors in because the DEF service system message was in my dash. Chandler was my service advisor on 6/18. The code that popped up was for the temp sensor to be replaced so i went Ahead and called boost auto parts to receive the temp sensor.. i received it on 06/21 and installed it myself as it was a simple unplug and plug in. The truck has been at the dealership this whole time. So i followed up with chandler Monday morning on 06/24 to see if he can get it in to check out. He said we should be able to get it in and will follow up. 5:00pm came around and i didn't hear back so I went to the dealership to check on the status as i was In the Huntersville area detailing. Chandler straight up said we didn’t get to it today but tomorrow we should. No empathy until that fact i showed my frustration without a follow up as the whole day went by. 06/25 comes around and chandler tells me it’ll be about 1,100 to check all the wires and “ that should” get the def service system message cleared. Sounds to me the diesel technician and service team try to get people for there money. Very dissatisfied and they won’t earn my business More
