We took our 2023 Honda Pilot for a noise coming from the steering wheel. This was our first interaction with the service department and they were very easy to work with. Jon was terrific - he was knowledgeable and able to ask every question I had about the 2024 CRV Hybrid, and he responded almost immediately to questions I sent via text. I didn't know anything about how hybrids worked, and he was able to explain it in a way that was clear and easy to understand. When I first met him, he gave me a brief overview of the Randy Kuehl purchase process - one which avoids any pressure on the buyer. I ended up feeling as though I had a friend who knew all about cars and was willing to help me navigate a new car purchase. In addition, he went out of his way to drop me off and pick me up on the day I had my ceramic coating service on my new CRV. I call that customer service. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Jon. This was truly my best experience with a car purchase. I hope I can work with him again when I consider my next new CRV in the future! More
