When I got there, Lee took the time to walk me through all the new features and options on the truck, and even helped me get my phone and OnStar fully connected before I drove off. The salesman and finance department were great. The problem occurred after the sale. I went to the dealership to pick up my paperwork to register my car and I was told that everything that was need The problem occurred after the sale. I went to the dealership to pick up my paperwork to register my car and I was told that everything that was needed to register the vehicle was in a packet that was left at the front desk. After waiting over an hour at the DMV I was finally called to the window to start the registration process. It was at that time that I was told that the vehicle needed to be inspected before it could be registered. Providing that information beforehand would have been nice to know and would have prevented two trips to the DMV. More
