This concerns the service department, not Quick Launch. After scheduling the time to bring it in, brought it in, as scheduled at 2pm on a Thursday & it still hasn't even been looked at on the following T After scheduling the time to bring it in, brought it in, as scheduled at 2pm on a Thursday & it still hasn't even been looked at on the following Tuesday. If you setup an appointment shouldn't the physician be able to see you the same day. What I don't understand is why I have to leave my vehicle there to have it looked at their convenience. I mean, why can't I keep my vehicle with me, if it's running of course, until they are able to look at it. I need my vehicle! It's my only means of transportation! I don't feel like they care about me at all. More
