I had a great experience working with Brad on upgrading my Care by Volvo XC40 to a new XC60 Inscription. He was super helpful and we did it all over texts. Very smooth process, he answered all my questions my Care by Volvo XC40 to a new XC60 Inscription. He was super helpful and we did it all over texts. Care by Volvo subscription program is more expensive but one payment covers everything and you can cancel / swap only after 4 months which is what I did after driving the XC40 for 5 months and wanting a more upscale ride. It was clean and efficient. Check-in process was easy and my car was ready sooner than originally promised which was an unexpected bonus. We have been getting our 2012 Volvo XC90 serviced at the Ramsey location since we purchased it there. Their service team especially Steve Coronato have been very helpful getting the job done correctly the Ramsey location since we purchased it there.
