My only issue (not major) was having a problem with the rear lock mechanism not working on both rear doors. I videotaped it happening so I could show how both sides had an issue. I was informed that only one side "demonstrated" the problem during service and only one side would be replaced - kind of moving a step back for me because, as they say, "Let's go to the videotape." Now if the other side acts up, I've got to take another day and time out of my schedule to get it corrected. Other than that, complete satisfaction with this dealership. Definitely one of the best around and I WILL be purchasing my next car from Ramsey Nissan!! Can you say "Customer for life?" More
