I purchased a 2015 pre-owned VW from this dealer. A week after sale, the oil light came on (genie lamp). When I brought the car back to Ramsey Nissan, they informed me they could not repair my car because they did not have any loaners. They mentioned they would call when they have loaners. They never called back. Ridiculous a dealer would sell a car with serious engine issues after claiming they do "100 point inspection." They didn't even check the oil! 10/10 would NOT recommend! Do NOT purchase from this dealer, they did not do their due diligence! More
