I had gone to Ramsey Mazda to Lease or Finance a new car. Peggy and John were MORE THAN ACCOMODATING in obtaining my new vehicle. After having my car for a couple days, my Auxillary Jack for my iPod didn't work - it just so happens that I didn't plug it in all the way. Go figure - even with an owner/user error, they were more than happy to help! I am so happy with my Brand New 2010 Mazda 3, that I will reccommend Ramsey Mazda to everyone I know!! Thanks again! Very good dealership. I leased a CX-7 from them.They were very friendly and did their best to accommodate me.The person I dealt with seemed new and even though she did not know much about the car she was ver very friendly and did their best to accommodate me.The person I dealt with seemed new and even though she did not know much about the car she was very friendly and tried to get the info I needed about the car. Also I received a thank you card something I never expected from a dealer. I also recommend their service dept. Went in for an oil change and while I was waiting for my car they discovered a problem with my car. It was under warranty so it was no big deal for me but the great thing is they offered a loaner car on the spot instead of me having to come back again. I would recommend this dealer for anybody looking to get a Mazda. More
