Ramsey Mazda is a great lease experience Mike and Donovan were very knowledgeable and efficient. I told Mike what I wanted in a car and in less than 2.5 hours, I was driving home in my new C Mike and Donovan were very knowledgeable and efficient. The car and dealership practically sold itself and I didn't even bother to go down the road to Toyota as I have been inside many RAV's. Donovan made the financing portion painless and easy. I came into the dealership still undecided and met a sales representative, Willy Elkamarry. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the features of the Mazda line and comparisons with other car makes. We quickly zeroed in on the Mazda 3 as a choice with all the right options. I was impressed with just how many options were standard. Willy's knowledge, courtesies and style made the experience and my ultimate choice of a Mazda 3 unparalleled. He was attentive throughout the transaction and personally took charge of insurance matters, Mazda lease financing, as well as personally got involved with difficulties I was having with the surrender of my existing Hyundai Elantra lease. He was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. This is also true of Donovan Lau, the Business Manager at the Ramsey Dealership. He, too, was so professional and was the final crowning service experience at Ramsey Mazda. I have conveyed the experience to a number of my friends and colleagues. They were very interested in specifics given the mostly unfavorable experiences people have when shopping for a car. Not only was the service impeccable, but I couldn't be more please the Mazda 3. First Mazda made very easy I just purchased a very gently used 2016 Mazda CX-5. I had already done a ton of research, found several interesting cars, emailed several dealers fo I just purchased a very gently used 2016 Mazda CX-5. I had already done a ton of research, found several interesting cars, emailed several dealers for more information but was most interested in a 2016 CX-5 on the Ramsey Mazda lot. The email exchange with manager Brian Wallin was surprisingly (for me!) straight forward. There was no hard sell, just an offer to come out and look the CX-5 over. I drove to Ramsey Mazda, looked the car over and was then greeted by Brian. Again, no hard sell. He gave me the key fob and let me continue to look over the car and said when I was ready for a test ride or if I had any questions, simply ask. Joe Guadalupe accompanied me on the test drive. He directed me to a nice twisty area to show off the CX-5 handling. We then hit the some open highway to get a sense of the car's punch. All the time, Joe answered questions. He knew the CX-5 very well. He was not "selling" in the classic sense but letting the product-the CX-5-sell itself. Brian, Joe and I then huddled in an office and we talked pricing. I pushed. They pushed. I explained. Brian explained. We found a reasonable middle ground. I was satisfied. I called my wife, explained the situation and we agreed to purchase the car. We picked up the CX-5 two days later. Again, no hard sell, no additional charges, no excuses, everything went very smoothly. We went over the pricing with Donovan Lau and all was good. Joe then spent a considerable amount of time going over the car with me and my wife. I very much appreciated the insight and the experience he brought to the walk thru. I am a guy who takes his cars to 100k+ miles so I do not buy cars very often. Brian has put together a good team and it shows. This was my first Mazda purchase and Brain Wallin and Ramsey Mazda made it very easy. More

Ramsey Mazda is batting 1.000! 2 years ago I purchased my Mazda6 from Ramsey and had a wonderful experience with the team there- My Salesperson- Mike DePaolo, and the Finance Manage 2 years ago I purchased my Mazda6 from Ramsey and had a wonderful experience with the team there- My Salesperson- Mike DePaolo, and the Finance Manager- Donovan Lau. Great price on a great car and financing was a breeze. Last week I inquired as to the purchase of a 2016 MX-5 Miata, detailing specs and price. I met with Mike DePaolo again to confirm specifics, and to my surprise- they located the car in 2 days and I picked it up yesterday! Mike again reviewed all of the cars featured and Donovan again walked me through the paperwork. Great experience all around, Love my Mazda's, and highly recommend Ramsey Mazda! More
