I wasn't even considering Infiniti back then until getting a rude runaround at Lexus and MB. It was a great place to shop in the nineties, and, as I have found out today, it is just as great in 2013. I had the privilege of working with Mahdi Etayan while test driving the new Q50. He was very kind, patiently demonstrated every single new feature of this sophisticated car, and he took me out on an extended test drive, so I was able to get a pretty good feel for this vehicle. If you are planning to shop there, call in advance and ask to speak with Mahdi. He is an emphatic listener (a rarity nowadays) and is incredibly attentive. He also provided me with all of the pricing details without the dreadful gamesmanship. You can probably gage from my review that I left Ramsey Infiniti quite impressed, and this car is now on the top of my list. More

The internet experience was great. Jason contacted me via e-mail quickly. He helped setup an appointment with Wendy, who I met on our initial appoitnment date. I tested drove it and it was just a great vehicle. I had a trade-in, which she worked with the General Sales Mgr and negotiation experience went well. They gave a great trade-in value for my car that I still had an outstanding balance but residual value of my trade-in held strong too. In addition, I also had a VPP eligibility from my employer helped a better deal. I wanted to see the numbers first and test drive it so I need one more day to think. Wendy was great by not giving me any pressure to get the car "now". She understood and said I can drop her an e-mail or call her with any questions. I enjoyed that there was no pressure, which I've experienced a lot from other dealers. I e-mailed her that same night and she followed through the next morning. After some thinking and some research, I decided to go back and I met Alex, who picked-up where I left off with Wendy. Alex has excellent customer service as well. He took time to understand where I was with Wendy. We closed the deal quickly afterwards and I'm a happy customer and a new member of the Infiniti family. Thank you! More

It was time for me to roll over my lease. Ramsey had given me great service on my M37 (bought elsewhere) and so I gave them a shot. The experience was superlative from start to finish. The salesperson (Mahdi) was prompt getting to me on the floor and was both knowledgable and courteous from the start of the process - he was definitely not too pushy, but just right in getting me to where I needed to be - a test drive of the G37 Coupe. We had a great ride and he let me push the sports capacity of the vehicle (as I needed to do). Went back the next morning after checking Consumer Reports (they loved the G37). The deal was done quickly and to the satisfaction of all. I was able to get to the price I wanted and the dealer seemed happy also. Jesse Giordano was terrific in the Closer role. Paperwork and a happy couple out the door and on the road in about 2 hours total. Really good experience. James (Sales Manager) was also very professional. I still recommend the dealership. More
