Service dept. is more like lack of service. My wife's 2012 Fiat 500 had a recall that she was never apprised of. When, because of this defect, her car became ino is more like lack of service. I was told it would be 2 weeks. I asked if there was any way I could drop off the vehicle earlier and if they had a cancellation they could squeeze it in. I was given a flat "NO". Not what I call customer service!!! More
