I wanted to duplicate a key for a 2001 Jeep. Key needed to be ordered, that was done in a timely manner. Picked up key on Sat. Was told person to program would be on Monday. Returned Monday Key needed to be ordered, that was done in a timely manner. Picked up key on Sat. Was told person to program would be on Monday. Returned Monday. I wanted 2.5 hours as dealership couldn’t program key. Sent work out. I refused to be uninformed as to what is going on. That is reason for my rating and my refusal to recommend, along with ratings of many of Jeep vehicles. Sorry to see a good product decline. Regards More

Service is always great and everyone we’ve dealt with has always done a good job. However, Carlo was outstanding. He was on top of everything and kept us informed.
