Everyone here was very helpful and tried their best to get our new Lexus for us even though we had a totally unexpected delivery delay, supposedly due to Covid delivery issues. we had to wait about an ex get our new Lexus for us even though we had a totally unexpected delivery delay, supposedly due to Covid delivery issues. we had to wait about an extra month and had we known that the car would be delayed for so long when we purchased it, we would not have returned our other car to Acura. This delay caused us to give up our 2nd car and it was a problem for my husband and I. I realize it was not the dealers fault but it was very annoying. More

I had been looking at buying CPO RX for a few weeks and visited a few dealers. Those other dealers left me cold, and honestly not trusting of the car buying process. A few days later I met Ted in person, what a super nice chill guy. Ted listened and met my goals, number one rule of sales meet your customers’ needs. I had no doubt in my choice he was happy to hold the car until I could return with my Son as a second set of eyes. Again, no pressure. During the scheduling to pick up the new car, I shared how I have to return my lease Ted said, “you come with your lease and I’ll return it.” WHAT Amazing !!! Ted is wonderful if not for social distancing He would get a HUGE HUG. Michelle in financing made the money part easy and pleasant. And not forgetting Jose who helped explain all the buttons and features. Please don’t think for a moment well it is Lexus and expected.
