I purchased Honda CR-V hybrid. As per sales person it is not possible to purchase without permaplate($1000). They said perma plate is on the car but when I spoke with customer they As per sales person it is not possible to purchase without permaplate($1000). They said perma plate is on the car but when I spoke with customer they it is not then I called buried Honda , they asked me to come Honda showroom and just cleaned my car and retuned in 30 mins but no document. Again they asked me come after 2 days and they provide a document as per document they applied ceramic coating and returned the car next day but actually they returned the car same day in 30min. Ceramic coating should take at least a day but if not they did it in 30 mins. I provided review with 7 then they said you should have give 10/10 then we should give something. Please away from this show room. Better go for Tayota or some other brand cars. More

Haven't dealt with a dealer for about 10 years. Rairdons staff were very eager to show just how nice they are. They addressed any issues or concerns quickly. Ìn the end its still a business trying to make as much money as they can. Don't bother looking for compassion and empathy, it doesn't exist in car sales.
