I can completely understand your frustration. Did all of the calls come from Amanda, or was there another staff member who called as well? I am seeing three outbound calls from her between the time your inquiry came in to the dealership and the 16th of August. It may be that another member of our internet staff was also attempting to reach you. If this is the case, I would certainly like to get that fixed immediately.

Hi Micah, It's possible Brandon and Amanda were both calling, I had calls at the following times. The two of them should have spoke to eachother as they were aware I had talked to them both. 8/14 5:26pm - I called, 5:39pm, 7:09 pm, 7:12pm 8/15 10:05am, 11:03am, 12:05pm, 2:06pm, 2:47pm, 3:52pm, 5:04pm 8/16 10:09am - at which point I received an email from Amanda and replied to stop contacting me. That is certainly excessive. It seems that there was a severe lack of communication between the members of our internet staff as they were each updating a different customer record, which resulted in each of them assuming that an attempt at contact had not been made. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can ensure this does not occur in the future. I have discussed this situation with the General Manager of the store, and he would like to express his sincere apology. We certainly understand your frustration, and can assure you that a similar situation will not happen again. He also asked if you would accept a complimentary two year maintenance plan from the dealership. This would allow you to have scheduled maintenance services performed for free at our location. Do you feel that would be appropriate? In order to apply it in our system, we would need the VIN number for your vehicle and the approximate mileage on it currently.

Hi Micah, That's very generous of you to offer, I will certainly keep that in mind and consider having service done in the future. Renton has given me free service for the first 3 years as part of the bundled package so at this time it is not necessary. Thanks for taking the time to communicate about this and I am glad you feel this was an issue and are getting to the bottom of it. I hope that it is taken seriously by the General Manager as well and procedures are put in place as you suggested to avoid this experience for others. Take Care Will

Followup: Rairdon's Dealer Standards manager contacted me and followed up with the General Manager. The company made a solid effort to rectify this issue, and it's certainly appreciated. Hopefully more people do not have this same experience. Will

I did. This was a very unpleasant experience and I thought the whole deal was shady. Normally I would never put anything but positive reviews online because I think too many people troll and are way too negative. This was my honest experience.
