When I called for the appointment, I spoke with David who was polite and helpful. Because he wasn’t there at the time of the appointment, Riley efficiently handled the paperwork when I came in and was alread was polite and helpful. She reviewed my contact details and I was on my way quickly. Everyone I spoke to had good telephone manners which really helps avoid confusion. They called to tell me that it was time for new tires so that was added on to all the other maintenance, but I believe I drove out with a car in much better condition than when I drove in.
