I chose this car expecting reliability, but every simple oil change visit turns into unexpected expenses. When I called for the appointment, I spoke with David who was polite and helpful. Because he wasn’t there at the time of the appointment, Riley efficiently handled the paperwork when I came in and was alread was polite and helpful. Because he wasn’t there at the time of the appointment, Riley efficiently handled the paperwork when I came in and was already familiar with it, including the fact that there was quite a lot of work to be done a loaner car reserved for me. She reviewed my contact details and I was on my way quickly. Everyone I spoke to had good telephone manners which really helps avoid confusion. They called to tell me that it was time for new tires so that was added on to all the other maintenance, but I believe I drove out with a car in much better condition than when I drove in. I really appreciate the service. More
