I've spend 3 hours at that place, and my wife was pushing me that "it is rude just to stand and walk away", and Anatoliy was using it to his favor. I haven't bought anything from those guys. I've returned later to puck an SUV for my car, and I had the same poor experience. I hope that in the era of online sales such dealers should go away. Too push pressure, too many dirty tricks. More

My husband and I are both in the military and we’ve been to numerous Jeep dealerships in Washington for search of a new car to start our new life in Washington. Their service was unacceptable and shockingly incompetent. The salesman who helped us Darryal. After our negotiation, we asked if we can apply for USAA military $1000 cash bonus (that we’ve used before on other car purchase) and he said it only had to be done with the original price. We showed the coupon to read that it can be combined with all other discounts but he said, “I’ve asked other salesmen and we’re not going apply the coupon unless you go to USAA and bring me $1000.” We asked for a written policy for clarification but he said he won’t. So we ended up calling another jeep dealership to get clarification. That is just ridiculous. He was so unhelpful that I had to call another dealership in front of him. The worst part of this experience was that Darryal only talked to my husband and completely ignored my presence. Darryal was only actively talking to my husband and when we decided to purchase the car, he brought the bell for my husband to ring. Wth? Am I invisible to you? Do you not see my driver’s license on your desk? Do you not see my check with $10k down payment under my name? When we went into signing our documents in finance office, we noticed the interest rate and the terms were already set without discussing it with us. What a total scam! Thankfully we caught that little trick and questioned it. Darryal came in and said the final price was applicable only we financed through them and that he’s going to have to re do all the pricing if we don’t finance through them. This was not discussed at all during our negotiations and I have a credit score of 800+ and they set for 5+% interest rate on the paper. I don’t know if they think we’re dumb but the only reason they gave us discounts was to get their “loss” money back through the bank. But not only that, how he addressed it was rude and unprofessional. He then raised his voice and went on saying he’s done with us that he doesn’t want to do business with us. The only reason that we’re sitting here is because the manager gave us the discount. So we asked to speak with the manager for the second time, he left the room and the manager did not show up. We were livid at this point and left the building. We were sitting in the parking lot searching for another dealership to go to and another salesman came out and explained we can refinance anytime we want. At this point we’ve spent almost 8 hours at this dealership with 1.5 hrs driving time from Dupont that we just wanted to be done with the process and agreed to refinance with USAA after we sign the document. Throughout this whole time the manager did not once come to us to apologize in behalf of Darryal either. End of the day, their business etiquette and how they treat customers is absolutely unprofessional and shameful. Darryal is shady and untrustworthy to earn your business. We were relieved to have a car but absolutely did not feel happy about the experience with this dealership. It was definitely our worst car buying experience that we have had in our lives. We DO NOT recommend you going here at all. More

Run the other direction. This company has no morals, ethics, or empathy. We were bait and switched by being sold a car we were told was a brand new 2018, only to be given a 2020 unknown to us, and th ethics, or empathy. We were bait and switched by being sold a car we were told was a brand new 2018, only to be given a 2020 unknown to us, and then being told the next day they could not honor the deal. Instead they asked us to pay thousands more after we brought it home and moved all our car seats and things into it and kept it overnight. We were told the could not produce any other vehicle at the price we were promised and that they could not help us anymore. They had our daughter ring the bell and everything, and we left feeling so excited only to have the rug ripped out from under us the next day when we showed up to sign the paperwork, they didn’t even have the courtesy to call us when they realized their “mistake” they just had us come in and hope we would pay almost half a grand more. I’ve heard from others in the industry this is a tactic that is used to get you to feel attached to the car so you are likely to pay more for it since you are emotionally attached to it at that point. Very shady business practice. I had to drive out for a third time after work, to exchange the car they had already let me leave with the day before, for my old car which they were taking in on a trade in. For the inconvenience for two lost days dealing with this mess with no resolution, they offered to wash and detail my car and fill up the gas tank as their only apology or resolution. When I picked it up it wasn’t detailed or filled up, even though I called prior to driving down to ensure this would be done and was told it had been. When I arrived to exchange keys, sales manager laughed at me- literally he laughed at me- when I expressed how hurt I was by the entire situation, and let me leave in tears. 10/10 would never recommend doing business here. Would rather have a kidney stone for a year, would rather stick hot pins in my eyeballs, would rather have explosive diarrhea for a lifetime. Literally- avoid this place like the plague. Worst dealership ever. Sales person and manager try to sell you their vehicle without telling you the hidden additional cost associated with it that you’ll find out while signing the final paperwork.
