I saw Paulette (service Advisor) who got me in/out quickly in installing three accessories today. She kept me informed of the work being done to the car. The service department was very quick in installing all the new items. I enjoyed the waiting area using my time web surfing with Rafferty wi-fi connection. He got me into a new off the delivery truck 2017 Forester Premium for a test drive. Owen and Kevin Rafferty were able to work with me to get me in a lease I could afford. Most likely will be buying this car out considering I'm already at 23,000 miles. It is our second new Subaru bought from Rafferty. We still have the first one, a 2011 Impreza Premium now with 105,000 miles. It has never broken down.
