The wait time is unacceptable now as it was prior to COVID and you have to make an apt. Why make an apt. If you still have to wait so long. The service guy never introduce himself either. Arrived on time for an 8:45am appointment, was told it would be 1 1/2- 2 hours for the oil change. At 11:20 more than 2 hours later after inquiring about the status the gentleman told me it was third in l would be 1 1/2- 2 hours for the oil change.
