I had an appointment for an oil change at 9:45 am and didn’t get done until 12:00. The service advisor also told me I needed an air filter replacement. My vehicle only had 16000 miles and the service man didn’t get done until 12:00. The service advisor also told me I needed an air filter replacement. My vehicle only had 16000 miles and the service manual recommends it at 30000 miles. I had a very bad first experience at Raceway Nissan probably won’t be going back. Another bad service was the service advisors had me waiting on the curb where you pull up, at least 15 minutes before anyone took care of me. More
