Took my 2016 Murano in for an emission recall. The service was excellence beyond my expectation, the tires were filled and a plastic piece cover the lower part of engine was popped loose at one end an service was excellence beyond my expectation, the tires were filled and a plastic piece cover the lower part of engine was popped loose at one end and they just used new crews to tighten them up w/o my request and or asking me. No charged has been entered into an invoice. I would recommend Nissan service dept to any Nissan's owners. More

The service was great , The Service Writer Marcos took care of all our needs, One problem I had was the car was supposed to be ready on Saturday which I didn’t get a phone call saying that it was ready or care of all our needs, One problem I had was the car was supposed to be ready on Saturday which I didn’t get a phone call saying that it was ready or not. So I picked it up Monday. That’s the only problem I had . Other than that I was pretty much satisfying.. What I did notice that if your service writers wasn’t there the other really didn’t won’t to deal with you.. I spent over $7500 in the last 2 months So I expected a little more Courtesy .. But I understand your service Writers work off Commission.. More
