Couldn't be happier with my experience! Case (my salesman) could not have been any more helpful or understanding, especially when I had a minor meltdown about buying my first car. He was not Case (my salesman) could not have been any more helpful or understanding, especially when I had a minor meltdown about buying my first car. He was not at all pushy, but rather was informative and supportive. He really listened to my needs and helped find what was best for me without pushing his own agenda. I walked in expecting to just look at cars and walked out with a brand new one. He did something (well, everything, really) right. The entire team (his manager, the finance guy, the rest of the staff) were all really helpful, but there was something special about the way Case took care of me. You should have complete confidence in his ability to professionally sell your product in the most respectful way possible. Side note: I do live out of state, but visit my parents back in the area frequently, which is why I only indicated that I would probably return. If it weren't for the distance, I would surely return. I would rank buying at Ricart a 10/10 and Case a 12/10. More
