My wife and I have been fortunate to have had mostly very good car buying experiences in the past, but never before felt compelled to write a review about it - or anything else for that matter. We love the car and the painless paperwork signing with Lisa, along with Fabian's knowledgeable, no pressure, yet passionate approach inspired me to write my very first review... My 13 year old son (an outright car junky filled with knowledge of just about every high-end and exotic car, truck and just about anything with horsepower) and myself often attend the monthly Caffeine & Octane car show here in Alpharetta. We saw Fabian at this show a few days after our first serious peruse through the showroom a couple months ago and chatted for a while. What impressed me about this is that despite him hearing my son aggressively lobbying me to consider the Benz he was showcasing that day, he didn't pressure me or attempt to hustle me into anything, we simply talked car at a car show. Reza is very professional. Knows very well his product. And helps you through the whole process. He really makes the experience very enjoyable. I just bought another car from him. I was very specific on color and optional I want in my new car. He did not have the car in stock. But he found my car in another Mercedes out of the state and in less than 3 days, the car was here and we closed the deal. If you are in the market for a new car, RBM Alpharetta is the place you want to go. Once you deal with Reza you will not want anyone else when thinking about car. We recommended him for friends. I showed up at 6:45pm on my first visit to RBM just 15 minutes before closing time, but Fabian stayed late to let me test drive a white E350. When the drive was over, I knew I wanted one, but not this particular year and color scheme. He thanked me and gave me his card. Over the next 4 weeks we communicated via email and occasional phone call while he looked for my perfect car. Just under a month later, he sent me a link to EXACTLY the car I was looking for! I came in, drove it and knew it was my car! Yea!! The car had just a little more to go on the CPO process so we agreed I would come the next afternoon to complete the purchase. Later that day I found my work schedule had become very demanding and I would have very little time to complete the purchase. Fabian and Lisa Brennan, financial services director, streamlined everything I had to review and sign. Diane Evans, the product concierge, ran me through the basics of the car quickly with an agreement that I would come back for a full review. The RBM team got me in and out in about an hour!
