Great experience buying our first Mercedes Since this was our first time buying a Mercedes I had my reservations. No pressure, just a calm informative interaction with our great sales professional, Andy Sayers. Never once did we fell any pressure to buy and my wife and I thought the final price was fair. The closing process with Lisa Brennan was even enjoyable, just a honest presentation of services that RBM of Alpharetta provides. We opted for extended coverage and thought the price was fair. Diane Evans our Product Concierge and her Assistant gave us a great explanation of our vehicle's features and answered all our questions and offered to meet with us in the future anytime we felt we needed help on any of the features the our Mercedes provides.
