Left scratches all along the side of my truck I brought my truck in for an alignment which took 2 hours. This is understandable because I just put a leveling kit in and I knew camber/ caster was o I brought my truck in for an alignment which took 2 hours. They did a good job with the alignment but when I brought it home there were multiple deep scratches as well as a scratch down the entire driver side. More

Service Went in for a 10:30 appt and was told it would be a couple hours before it could be seen STRIKE1. Asked them to make sure headlights were at right ang Went in for a 10:30 appt and was told it would be a couple hours before it could be seen STRIKE1. Asked them to make sure headlights were at right angle..didn't know what that meant .asked me if I wanted them raised or lowered. STRIKE 2 $30. Did a diagnosis of engine light coming on said I needed a thermostat $150 ...this is free at AutoZone. Wanted $500 to put a $50 thermostat in. STRIKE 3. Out $150 for choosing QUIRK BANGOR. Would not recommend them to anyone. CROOKS More

Great customer service Long story short. My 2011 Chevy 2500hd had blown the Transmission at approx. 144,000 miles. I was very disapointed in Chevy at this point because I Long story short. My 2011 Chevy 2500hd had blown the Transmission at approx. 144,000 miles. I was very disapointed in Chevy at this point because I have owned previous Chevy trucks. I have personally drove two Chevy trucks well over 300,00 miles with original motors and transmissions and not been to kindly to them. Chevy typically makes one hell of a truck. so, back to my 2011, the tranny blew on a Sunday. I immediately had it towed to Quirk Chevrolet in Bangor that day. The next morning , Blaine Clark called me back first thing Monday morning And explained the issues very clearly told me the cost and time factor.. Again long story short. Thanks to quirk my truck had a brand new transmission and was Ready to go to work on Tuesday . Got a love it !! Thanks the kind of customer service I like to give. " No Excuses , Just get it done" More

Sales come before quality of service I had bought a truck at Quirks Chevrolet and traded my Harley in. The truck was great and the service department was wonderful. I noticed a year lat I had bought a truck at Quirks Chevrolet and traded my Harley in. The truck was great and the service department was wonderful. I noticed a year later they had not sold my motorcycle yet. I knew how good of a bike it was and offered to buy it back. They agreed and when I went to pick it up it wouldn't start, so I told them it was fine when I brought it here I expect it to be fine when I buy it again. They got the bike to start and when I got home it died again. Knowing bikes I knew they didn't take good care of the battery while it sat for so long. So I asked them to pick up a battery at their cost and I would install it myself. George said no they wouldn't do that, it was an as is sale. I said that it was in perfect condition when I brought it to them and I expected to be at least running when I got it back. He said they were not a bike shop so they did nothing to it. I said "WHAT"??? Not even an oil and lube job? George said that I got the bike and that was it. So I just hung up and resolved never to deal with that place again. More

First I was insulted with my trade in they offered $4,000 and trade in value is $8,000 second the car i was looking at was priced at $17,998 and dealer retail on that car is only $13,000 third the sticker sa and trade in value is $8,000 second the car i was looking at was priced at $17,998 and dealer retail on that car is only $13,000 third the sticker said no known body damage and the bumper is crushed in and the mirror is busted and the paint is full of chips not only that but the vehicle has NO warrenty most places will give a 30 day 1000 mile warrenty this was at the portland dealership not bangor More
