Misleading and cunning sales tactics. Our agreed "hand shake" price was not met when approving our finances. Dealer had color and trim model I wanted. Closed the deal and got the car the next day. They were competitive on pricing too. Customer service is good. Quality of work isn't as good. I've had them check my car for steering wheel shaking while driving on the highway. They were unable to find the issue but ended up paying for an ali I've had them check my car for steering wheel shaking while driving on the highway. They were unable to find the issue but ended up paying for an alignment since they were trying to charge me a fee for a "diagnosis" which as a result came out as "nothing is wrong with the car" if the dealership says nothing is wrong with the car while causing in the highway and steering wheel shakes, I guess that means all cars shake in the highway. Always did my service with Bayside VW. Never disappointed at the quality of work they do. Probably the best VW dealership in the city. More
