BUYER BEWARE ! !! After my experience with this place, I feel like I have to post a review. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. I live 1.5 hours away and !! I live 1.5 hours away and even took the best part of the day to make the trip + 5 hrs in the showroom. Before going, a salesperson assured me they were willing to negotiate and that “a great deal would be made.” That couldn’t have been further from the truth. The 2022 Durango SRT test drive was fine, but once we sat down, they hit me with a price over $2,500 higher than the online listing. The listed price assumes you qualify for three rebates ( a well kept secret ) — Student, Military, and Returning Customer — which almost no one qualifies for ( or knows about ) all at once. So the online price is basically a meaningless scam. The vehicle has some questionable history, yet the salesperson claimed to actually know the previous owner, and had an undocumented answer for everything - bet I can believe that LOL. They then low‑balled my trade‑in and refused to move on the price. The offer was over $ 6000 less than their website had calculated, and was assured actual trade would be higher. It must be noted, my trade is in superb condition. At that point, it made perfect sense why they have 200+ cars sitting on their lot. Very shady operation. I basically wasted a day and a 3‑hour round trip for nothing. Misleading pricing and zero willingness to negotiate. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere honest. BUYER BEWARE !!! More
